What does it cost to get started?
Diagnosis is free. After we inspect your console, we'll send a quote for you to review and approve before payment. An optional Safe Ship kit is purchased separately.
Do I have to buy special packaging?
Nope. Your own suitable box works. Want a Safe Ship kit? It's optional and sold separately, with the price and any tax shown before payment.
Which states can I ship my console from?
Mail-in service is available for eligible US addresses. We check your shipping eligibility during the repair flow before issuing a label. Contact us if your address is not eligible.
Will I get my own console back?
Yep. We repair your console whenever possible and send that same one back. No refurbished swaps.
What if I decline the repair?
Your call. No charge for the repair attempt. Have your console returned or leave it with us. You'll see the total for your choice before paying.
What if you can't fix it?
No fix, no repair charge. We'll explain what went wrong and your options.
