What does it cost to get started?
Nothing up front. Pick your console, pack it in your own box, and you pay zero to send it in, not even shipping. You only pay after we diagnose it and you approve a repair quote.
Do I have to buy special packaging?
No. Using your own box to ship it in is completely free. Safe Ship is an optional $10 kit: we mail you protective packaging with everything you need to pack it, and it insures your console while it ships to us.
Which states can I ship my console from?
We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the continental US, the lower 48 states. If you are outside that area, contact us first and we will let you know what we can do.
Will I get my own console back?
Yes. We repair your actual device whenever possible and ship that same console back to you, never a refurbished swap unit.
What if you cannot fix it, or I decline the repair?
No fix, no fee: you never pay a repair charge if we cannot fix your console or you decide not to go ahead. Approved repairs ship back free. Otherwise, just cover return shipping and we send your console back to you.
