We use this information to create repair tickets, verify accounts, diagnose devices, prepare prices, process invoices, coordinate shipping, display repair photos, prevent abuse, preserve accepted policy evidence, and respond to support requests. We may share information with providers that support hosting, payment, shipping, email, SMS, fraud prevention, and customer support, or when required by law and safety obligations. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared for promotional or unrelated marketing purposes. Customers may update notification preferences, reply STOP to text messages, or contact support for privacy and account requests.

We use cookies to maintain customer and staff sign-in sessions and display account access. These cookies support account functionality and are separate from usage measurement.

Usage statistics

When usage measurement is enabled, we use PostHog to understand public-page visits, social-link sources, campaign labels, and repair-request milestones. We use PostHog Web Vitals and Vercel Speed Insights to measure public informational-page performance. These measurements do not store analytics cookies or visitor identifiers in local storage or session storage. They are separate from the essential cookies used for account access. We do not send contact details, repair descriptions, photos, ticket codes, verification codes, or payment information to these measurement tools. We do not use analytics session recordings or identified customer profiles.

Measurement services receive technical information needed to handle a browser request, including its IP address and browser information. PostHog uses request information and a daily-changing salt to generate an approximate visitor identifier on its servers. This measurement does not reliably recognize returning visitors across days or browsers. We collect approved campaign labels from tagged links and limited page, browser, device, and numeric performance details. Analytics campaign data is not saved on your repair ticket. Private account, staff, payment, and repair-confirmation pages are excluded from usage measurement.
