Warranty and return policy
Completed repairs include a one-year limited warranty under normal use.
What the warranty covers
- The specific repair work performed by TheGamerFix.
- Recurring failure of the repaired part during the warranty period under normal use.
- Labor needed to address a verified recurrence of the original repaired issue.
What it does not cover
- New physical damage, liquid exposure, power surges, or tampering after the repair.
- Different failures unrelated to the original repair ticket.
- Shipping damage caused after the device leaves the shop unless separately insured.
Fixed devices ship back free
When we complete your repair, return shipping is on us. Your device ships back to your door at no extra charge.
No fix, no fee
If we can't repair your device, or you decline the quote, you pay nothing for the attempt. To get it back, you only cover return shipping.
