If a repair is not completed, the repair charge is not collected. Return shipping may still apply when the customer wants the device back.
Warranty and return policy
Completed repairs include a one-year limited warranty under normal use.
What the warranty covers
- The specific repair work performed by The Gamer Fix.
- Recurring failure of the repaired part during the warranty period under normal use.
- Labor needed to address a verified recurrence of the original repaired issue.
What it does not cover
- New physical damage, liquid exposure, power surges, or tampering after the repair.
- Different failures unrelated to the original repair ticket.
- Shipping damage caused after the device leaves the shop unless separately insured.

Completed repairs include company-paid return shipping when the shipment fits the current policy thresholds.
